Luis Hernández Rodríguez (born 14 April 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Sporting de Gijón as a central defender. ==Football career== Born in Madrid, Hernández finished his football formation with hometown's Real Madrid, making his senior debuts by representing first the C and then the B-teams. In August 2011 he was expected to join Belgian Pro League club K.A.A. In January 2012, Hernández went on trial with Getafe CF B. Hernández was an ever-present figure for the team in the following campaigns, playing 38 games in 2013–14 and 41 in 2014–15.
